Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept most Credit and Debit Cards but unfortunately not Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Paypal is accepted and we will respond with an invoice adjusted for shipping. Please note that due to rising costs we will now have to add the 3.9% Paypal Fee costs to all transactions. Shipping And Handling Our normal methods of delivery are by Royal Mail Post , Parcel Force, or Courier and charges are at cost and are subject to VAT

UK:- Items less than 2kg will be sent By Royal Mail 1st class, 1st class recorded for items costing more than £15 and Special Delivery for items costing more than £50.

UK 1st class minimum charge £1.50 > £6.50 up to 2 kg. UK Recorded minimum £2.00 > £8.50 up to 2 kg
UK Special Delivery £6.00 > £8.50 up to 2 kg
For items in excess of 2kg and up to 20kg a charge of £8.50 will be made and goods will be posted by courier next day delivery:-
Parcel Force or Business Post.

An additional charge of £8 for items above 2kg to Northern Ireland

International Sales: Items less than 2Kg will be sent by Royal Mail Airsure or International Recorded. Items in excess of 2kg will be sent by Business Post Courier, Royal Mail Parcel Force Worldwide or Fedex. and will be charged at cost. Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you same or next day . Any unfulfilled orders will be notified by return. International orders are generally received in under 10 days Back Orders If your item is not in stock, your order will be cancelled, we will not back order for you unless you contact us direct and advise accordingly.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy We accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods. We will not accept repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy. Please let us know that you will be returning the goods within 7 working days of receipt. You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. A restocking charge of 15% will be made for any goods returned which are not faulty and returned outside of the above policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
